The French fashion designer Vanessa Bruno has opened the doors to her Parisian for a peek into her intimate crib.
Vanessa Bruno’s light and bright Paris apartment is sending out such a great and positive energy. I never thought pastels could look this laid-back and cool, but with the mid-century modern details it definitely works. I’m especially loving the big windows and exposed beams!
Vanessa Bruno was born and raised in France. Her mother is Danish and worked in the 60s as a model in Paris and now lives in Southern France. Her father is Italian and was involved in creating fashion houses Emmanuel Khanh and Cacharel, as fashion has never been far away for her. Anyway it was only after a stay in Canada that Vanessa Bruno decided to become a fashion designer.
Vanessa started her own brand in the 90s in “Bon Marché” in Paris. She expanded exports to Japan, where the brand was a huge success. Starring Kate Bosworth, Nicole Ritchie, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Vanessa Paradis are all fan of her clothes.
The style is simple. It is design that is easy to combine, and with a lash of luxury material selection. They can be used from one season to the next. Today you can find Vanessa Bruno in stores worldwide. The last two located in Los Angeles and London.
The mixture of small tables and wall lamps with ceiling creates different moods.
Vanessa Bruno has decorated with a mix of old and new, both French and Danish flea findings. Masculine (metal) mixed with feminine (delicate fabrics and gentle pastel colors).
The mild Nordic colors and the slightly stronger southern colors combined fine. By adding a touch of all the cutures she is from, Fashion designer Vanessa Bruno made her Parisian home a great place to live in.
