Terrorism has no religion.
First and foremost the attack that happened in Stockholm was terrible, not only to the people and families who got hurt by this but also to the rest of the world as well because it showed that a terrorist isn’t afraid to act. “It” can attack whenever and wherever!
A tragic event such as a terror attack awaken so much emotions within one person, from sadness, compassion to anger and hate. Although the terror attack in Stockholm has not been confirmed that IS was behind it. We could already read some hateful comments towards the Muslim community and I find it scary to blame the act of a psychological disturbed group of people on Muslims. IS or people creating terror, harm and fear within a society belong to no religion whatsover. They have certainly created their own religion or use one religion to justify their act but it doesn´t mean that this religion in question supports their evilness. It has no authentic link to Islam.
As the picture shows is, it is clearly written on the holy book of Quran
It is undoubtedly injustice, and blatant bias, to tie the crimes of bombing and destruction happening now to Islam just because those who commit them cry ‘Allahu Akbar’ as they commit their atrocities. IS kills muslims or non-muslims who aren´t following them, there and only there lies their unhuman principles. Just think about what is happening in the Middle East, how many innocent muslim and non-muslim souls are being killed by this group of evil. They live in terror everyday. They have nowhere to hide from it and only praying is helping them to breath again and wake up to a another day in this nightmare.
Equating muslims to terrorists is wrong and dangerous because it will only fuel the hate of these evils and increase the gap between people from different cultures and beliefs living peacefully within the same society.
The definition of terrorism: “any act causes the death or injury of any innocent and armless human being, causes fear and panic for any secured human being or even any creature, and causes destruction to the planet we are living on.”
Keep in mind that Terrorism has no religion and try to talk about it with a greater perspective and compassion for the victims. It is in those precise times that we must be united and strong and don´t let hate darken our soul. Hate will bring hate, love will attract love.
My prayers goes out to the Stockholm victims and we should not forget the ongoing terror that is happening on the other side of the world. I pray that one day the kids of Syria will wake up to the sounds of birds and not the bombing. May God be with you!
