The past few weeks, I have been using Diorskin Star Concealer. It has been put through a good testing phase and now I am ready to write my thoughts about it.
Diorskin Star Concealer comes with a sponge applicator and a twist opening, very typical of other concealers we know from Dior, Chanel etc. The fragrance-free formula has a silky texture that blends readily, though you need to do so quickly because this sets to a dimensional matte finish within a few seconds. The brightening is noticeable straight away, to making it look like you slept really, really, REALLY well.
In terms of coverage, if you have noticeably dark circles, brown spots, or marks from past breakouts, this isn’t the concealer to buy. You’ll be layering and layering this to get good enough coverage, yet for what this costs that ends up wasting money—there are lots of less expensive liquid or stick concealers that provide better coverage.
Prons to Diorskin Star Concealer :
Unbelievable lasting power..seroiusly does not budge throughout the day.
Five shades provided to accommodate a variety of skin tones.
Silky smooth consistency glides on the skin and blends out seamlessly.
Very little amount is needed to achieve amazing coverage.
Packaging – I like the sleek, easy-to-use and convenient packing. It is small enough to be travel friendly if you require touch ups on the go. The applicator is a small doe foot wand which makes application super easy.
Cons to Diorskin Star Concealer:
Blotchy results can occur if the conceler is left unblended for too long.
Can be easily overdone if a heavy hand is used during application. Take it one dot at a time.
Can attach to dry spots if skin is not properly moisturized before hand.
