Monday Inspiration in many words!
It’s official: positive language can literally change your brain. Yes, that’s right—positive words like “peace,” “love” and “compassion” strengthen areas of the brain’s frontal lobes, and promote cognitive function. In simple terms, hearing and using positive language can make you feel great—physically, mentally and emotionally.
Words have tremendous power to build, or they have the power to destroy. When we use words, we have the power to change how we feel simply by the words we choose to describe our experience or feelings. In life, a big part of reaching our goals and getting what we want has to do with communication with others. By using words in a positive and powerful way, your communication with others will dramatically increase in effectivity.
This little list of words can be a start to practise positive words on an everyday basis and mostly right when you wake up. Your morning mode set the tone of your day. Make sure it starts with a positive sound.
